Heaviness in right side of stomach

From last week I observed a slight heaviness and very lil discomfort on the right side of stomach both front and back. If I lie down its absolutely normal or else if I stand it feel lil discomfort on the right side of stomach. ULTRASOUND report attached. .

Further evaluation of fatty liver needed. Addictions like alcohol need to be taken into account. Will need further details like LFT report, any diabetes or Hypertension or dyslipidemia uay be having. Dyspepsia or peptic ulcers could also be a possibility.
