Heaviness in chest @ morning hours.

My mother age is of 58, She has heaviness in chest from midnight & in morning hours @ 8 it increases to high & causes dizziness, blurred vision, No sweating, No other pains & anxiety. After some time it gradually decreased. Even she is having constipation problem also, she feel comfortable after gas released. This happened same day before yesterday also in morning hours itself. She is having low sugar level of FBS 76, PLBS 95. BP 130/90. Did ECG today @ GP he told ECG is normal & recommend for 2DEcho as she is Diabetic patient. She has a complaint mild headache on top of head from last 1 month. Using Lythyrox 12.5mg @ 06AM, Razo D capsule @ 07AM(started from yesterday), Glycomet 250mg (started from yesterday instead of half Reclimate Sugar tablet) Pls suggest me weather this is Gastric Problem or Heart Related or Low Sugar Related.
