Heaviness and pain in breasts
I am a lactating mother of a 3 wk old child. I am breastfeeding 10-14 times everyday. Lately i am feeling heaviness in my breasts and tenderness on the nipple area. Even taking shower causes pain in the area.
Pls advise if anything can be done to relieve the discomfort.
