Heating Effect under Foot

Greetings, My foot always warmers than my whole body. I used to wore safety shoes coz I am civil engineer but due this problem now i only wear sport air mesh shoes but can't solve the issue of warning of foot. I apply Indigo on my foot so they can cool but after sometimes problem continues dont why. Problem duration almost a year
