Heat rashes
Hello Dr. My son is 1.5 year old now. On his back and neck area red heat rashes appeared. He Scratches it alot. We are using Zocon dusting powder but that is not helping. Plz suggest good solution.

Don’t use any powder as it will block the pores and increase the rashes. Instead you can use calamine or aloe vera lotion
And syrup cetrizine 2.5 ml twice a day
