My girl was so irritating last night and not sleep also due to heat probleam in her head.i m visited to your clinic on Monday used mupirocin cream and novamox so what can i do?she was so cry last night

I don't understand what exactly you mean by heat problem ? Are there any skin lesions ? Give her lots of fluids . If you mean fever , give paracetamol and if it persists , get a review with treating pediatrician.
