Heart vibrations and body shivering

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Im in an early pregnancy of 2 months.. very often my heart vibrates and body starts shivering... consulted a doc.. she suggested a thyroid test... in the reports i can see suggested thyronormalcy.... and in fasting sugar test reports my sugar level is 71mg... what does it mean... kindly help ?
