My fater in law having chest pain today morning and took him to the hospital, they took ECG but did not tell anything just they asked to visit some other hospital. Kindly find the attached ECG report and tell us exact problem

His ECG shows Heart attack of his anterior wall of heart. Immediately take to a hospital with cardiology setup and cathlab facility. Please don’t waste time this can not be treated at home
