Heart rate
I was suffering from heart palpitations past June. ECG echo all came back normal. But I've noticed that my heart rate while sitting or lying especially in home is low like in 80's but when I stand up or do normal activities walking or stuff it's over 100 and remains so I do not understand it. I also have anxiety . What could be the cause

It’s normal for the heart rate to go up during activity. Don’t be anxious. Eat well and exercise daily
