Heart rate fluctuations
My heart rate is running fast for 3 seconds and slowing down for a second and it's repeating the same for 3 - 4 cycles ... I'm really worried about this situation. I noticed this when I was masturbating.
Also while In deep sleep if i turn to right/left or change my position of sleep i could feel my heart rate in my chest and neck area... Kindly help on this situation feeling really anxious about the situation.
