Heart rate and body pain
Psychiatrist prescribed dveniz and clonazepam for depression, anxiety and panic that I took for 6 months and stopped due to tachycardia ie constantly above and around 100 bpm . After that doctor prescribed me nexito and clonazepam that i took for 2 months till now . Antidepressants cause left hand and upper back pain to me for both dveniz and nexito on minimum therapeutical dose. My resting normal heart beat before taking all these medicines is 70 - 80 range. when anxious it goes up . My bp and cholestrol normal .But after taking nexito my resting heart beat is around 50 - 60 on day time . Is that cause any problems on cardiovascular side ?

No .. what you mentioned your heart rate is within the normal range , and fluctuations are due to anxiety and drugs .
It doesn’t seems to be a cardiac issue.
