Heart rate and anxiety
I have a resting heart rate of 56bpm , walk 5000 steps a day , lean , play cricket every alternate day , climb stairs but i am anxiety prone and i think i have chronic acid reflux this past month i felt heart burn 3-4 times which lasted a day or two and some lightheadedness which felt fine after burping but due to anxiety i think of it as an cardiac issue Also note i was a smoker smoked around a couple of cigs a day quit a month ago Do you think it is a cardiac issue or i am taking way too much stress sometimes i cant sleep when i feel this reflux thinking i will have a heart attack in sleep 20 Y O Male , 70KGS , 6'2

Doesn’t seem to be a cardiac issue. But you can get a ECG done whenever you have the problems just to be double sure.
