How you have measured HR ..nd weather child had fever during that Or on any inhalers or post nebulization is important..Even aftr exercise or running also HR increases..so v have to rule out above mentioned.
But resting HR of above for this age is abnormal.pls consult ..

With which device, you have measured heart rate? Heart rate can be increased physiologically after playing, strenuous activity, due to fear, excitement etc. Use of some inhalers can also cause increase in heart rate.
