Heart racing and squeezy chest in cold
As soon as I enter a cold area, my heart rate goes through the roof, my vision fades and I feel a squeeze of sorts around my heart. Some occasionally chest and arm pain too.
However according to an ECG, Chest XRay and Blood tests for the heart, at A&E, I have no damage . An echocardiogram 8 years ago also claims I have no issues. Warmth helps relieve symptoms but currently I cannot do simple daily tasks like waking my dog or shopping. Please help!
