Left Ventricular Diastolic Dysfunction refers to a condition in which abnormalities in Left Ventricle function are present during diastole. I would advise you to visit a cardiologist for a follow up on your reports. At present with a grade 1 you aren't at risk but you stand a high risk of cardiac problems in the future as this progresses. So you should follow up with your cardiologist regularly.
