Left Ventricular Concentric Hypertrophy means these are hypertensive changes in heart muscles. Make sure your BP Is under control. This per say cannot be responsible for causing heart attack or stroke. Although uncontrolled BP may cause d same.
Next ur HDL is good but LDL is bit high. Control it by diet and exercises. Avoid oily fried foods. Maintain a good health lifestyle.
