  4. Heart pain. On arms, neck or shoulder.

I've been suffering from pulsating heart discomfort/pain since Sunday. I ate elephant foot yam, so I suspected may be because of gas. But still today sometimes I've slight pain. I do not have any pain on arms, neck or shoulder.
