Asked for Male, 42 Years

I am Taking Atorvastatin (10mg) + Fenofibrate (160mg) for last 5 years also taking Telmisartain H ,My last lipid profile test trygridias 99, hdl 37 , Ldl 99, cholesterol 156, fasting sugar 81, BP 122/80..my HDL is low for last two years What is the problem for me, should i change the medicine
