Diagnosed with Acute on chronic combined systolic and diastolic heart failure Dilated cardiomyopathy high blood pressure Prescribed medications carvedilol 12.5mg (coreg) One tab by mouth twice daily furosemide 80 mg (lasix) One tab by mouth twice daily lisinopril 5 mg (prinivil, zestril) One tab by mouth daily spironolactone 25mg (aldactone) One tab by mouth daily I need a better explanation than what I was given, as my diagnosis. I don't understand what it is and what it means all together
