Heart fail. ef 20.
Its about my father.last friday he had a major heart fail, as per doc saysyon monday doc decided to do angiograme. Then doc informs that there have 3 block in my father's heart. And his ef is 20,thats why they cannot do angioplasty Or bypass.plz help me to inform what is the way to make my father's health good in condition.

First thing that has to be done is viability assessment with PET scan or RRT. If they heart muscle is viable bypass surgery is the option. Most surgeons would be sckeptical operating on a patient with such low EF.
