Heart disease?
74, male, Hypertension, takes Metoprolol.  Since few days, BP remains low. No diabetes. *Echo shows 1.8 m/s thickened calcific aortic valve. 60% lvef, concentric lvh, grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. No clot/ vegetation. No pericardial effusion. *Ecg report has written in it RBBB, possible lateral infarct. HDL is 49.  *Recent diagnosis of prostate 33 cc in usg. PSA 0.5. Creatinine 1.4. Physician said cardiac wise normal and stop medicine for few days. Can there be any heart condition? Which more cardiac tests should be done?

Yes, there is a possibility of a heart condition since the ECG says lateral infarct . Kindly get a coronary angiogram done to rule out coronary artery disease.
