  4. Heart burn. What should be done further.

I am suffering from GERD b/c valve got loose and feeling burning sensation at sternum area and in neck....and dull pain in stomach.....i have done endoscopy twice and last one on 27th September 2019 and i have diagnosed with lax cardia ,antral gastritis and mild duodenitis.....i am taking PPI since 1 and half year and not getting result as i want....now not taking medicine since one month.....what should be done further...please help me out....
