is bar jo problem hai wo heart ki nahi hai, par agar blockage LAD( left anterior descending) artery me hai to uski angioplasty karni chaiye.. na karne par life ka risk hai.
agar dusri kisi nas me hai to use kholna hoga agar chalne par seene me dard ya sans fulti hai, agar seene me dard ya sans nahi fulti aur LAD me blockage nahi to dawaon par kaam chal sakta hai
