From last few weeks am feel very troubled. My heart is beating fast and loud. I mean sometimes i feel its heavy. Most of the times its normal. It can happen if am sitting in a resting posture.
I dont have problem in climbing stair, running or doing any other physically stressing works. I dont have any breathing trouble. or any other allergies or diseases.
