Hii doctor i m hearing my heart beats in my left ear 4-5 times a day.. ihave also felt this heartbeat in the corner of left ribs..why i m hearing these doctor..my legs are paining and head ache.. im also feeling like faintedness...i got ecg,2d echo and tmt done..all are fine...but i dont know why i m having all these..please help me doctor
