Respected Sir or mam im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad doing job in hotel mostly I do lots of care of mine mouth and toungue hygine. I do brush 2 time in a day and do mouthwash paradontox gum care 1 time in a day back of my toothbrush I do scrapping too I'm sharing u mine toungue pic plz check it is healthy pink or not And also check plz what is that in left side of my toungue...
