Hlo mam or sir I'm nri Indian Guy living in Abroad doing job in here sir mostly I take lots of care of mine mouth and all toungue hygine I do brush 3 time in a day I do mouthwash paradontox gum care mint mouthwash non alcoholic mouthwash 2 time in a day and also do toungue scraper cleaning with a plastic coated toungue cleaner 2 time in a day 1 time after breakfast and 1 time before sleep I'm sharing u mine toungue pic plz check Say it pink.healthy or not

Hello dear, Your tongue seems perfectly fine. You need nit worry but yes, since you’ve mentioned that you brush thrice on a regular basis, I would like to advise you to not over brush as well because that tends to erode your enamel of the tooth, predisposing your teeth to sensitivity.
