Hlo sir or mam im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad mostly do 2 time brushing and 2 time toungue scrapping with a toungue cleaner by a stell scraper and 2 time mouthwash with a paradontox gum care mouthwash sir I'm. Sharing you mine toungue pic plz check Say it is pink. And Healthy or not I take so much care of mine mouth hygine toungue hygine
