I hv done level 2 scan 2 times in both the scan baby clenched fists found only minimal movement of index finger found . I m 25 weeks pregnant. Echogenic focus on heart also present . Trisomy 21 is in high risk in quadruple market test . I hv done nipt test of which report is pending . Doctor advised me to do level 2 scan again and also fetal echo . Is there any need to do level 2 scan with fetal echo again . Pls advice me
