There is no method for checking virginity. There is a myth that checking for an intact hymen in a woman can say if she is a virgin or not but this is entirely misleading. The hymen can break because of physical activity like cycling and sports and some women can have flexible hymen which never breaks. Bleeding with intercourse also does not prove virginity. In males also there is no proof of virginity.
