The reports are suggestive that she has anemia, elevated renal function and elevated sugar levels. What type of weakness in heart is she feeling? Kindly visit the cardiologist at the earliest as chest problems should be evaluated at the earliest. Your grandmother's condition suggests she needs to see multiple specialists such as a hematologist, nephrologist, endocrinologist, cardiologist and neurologist. Her levels have to come under control so that any form of treatment can take action. The following lifestyle changes may help
- She will require food rich in iron(spinach, liver, etc)
- She should drink water (2.4 liters per day) but get cardiologically evaluated as there may be a fluid restriction.
- Avoid sugary treats, sweet and rice. Eat chapathi which would be better to control the diabetes.
- Massage the extremeties so as to improve the blood flow.
