First of all I congratulate you for bringing up a 27 weaker baby to this level .It is highly commendable by the doctors as well as you the parents for bringing up such a small tiny baby to this level. then coming to your question lactose intolerance sometimes and often disappears on its own spontaneously as the child grows. till the time he may experience bouts of diarrhoea when cow milk or other lactose containing milk powders were given. but still you can keep on trying once in awhile like once in a 6 months giving few feeds of cow milk so that he gets habituated to it slowly.
