Everyday my head hurts. Everyday I feel in pain. When I am going to sleep it hurts more, then everyday I feel I have no energy

At the age of 13 yrs this type of complaint is unusual ,you should get your refraction checked up & if there is refractive error ,you should wear glass,. If ocular examination is normal , then you should consult neurologist.
