Headache with fever

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sir/Madam, from last 5-6 days I m suffering from fever.It is 2 times a day once in noon(any 11 am) then at night (after 8 pm).It comes so sudden (just in 5 min temp rises about 103) stay for 3-4 hrs and then automatically goes away as it came.During this my forehead temp is much higher then my body.Headache is common during the fever.I don't feel hunger and don't want to consume anything.And today along with this I got cough and chest pain(while coughing).Are these the symptoms of any disease or its common.I have never been so sick as I m now.plz help me, thanks in advance
