Hi, I have 16 months baby. I don't have proper sleep at night. Even I can't have power nap during the day time. Past 2 days I have pain in right side of my head. Only one nerve getting pain. If I have big bite of carrot, it's get pain and I feel minor burning sensation. Is that pain relates to sleep. What medicine should I take. Thanks a lot.

Yes! Lack of sleep does cause headaches and you having a 16months old baby means you would be feeding him/her hence as of now I can only suggest you to share the responsibility of the child amongst your partner and yourself and try to have a good sleep for sometime along with ibuprofen as the safest medicine for your headaches if they occur. This is the safest medicine during breastfeeding and pregnancy.
Just in case your headaches do not subside then please visit a neurologist nearby.
