My headache is not going after taking naxdom and paracetamol. Neurologist gave me naxdom but pain is not going off . I did my mri brain and everything is normal but my doctor said that I have early stage of migrain. But I think migraine goes off after sometime and medicine also works but in my case that is not happening.I don't think I have migraine as I am having pain in my face ,ear ,neck and head and it's there for a week and getting worse day by day. This pain started all of a sudden when I was in tension and anxiety. Please help me to find out what problem is happening and please give a medicine for relief.
