Headache(pain in forehead) dnd pain in the neck (Back side) for 4th day now, took Dolo for 3 days and no effect. No symptoms of gastritis. Having sleep issues. Fatigue. Recently undergone blood tests. Elevated TSH.

You are suffering from stress related headache and back pain due to lack of sleep which can increase your Blood pressure and cause these problems which are not relieved with Dolo. See a doctor and get your BP checked. Elevated TSH can cause lethargy . You can take eltroxin for this but dose will depend on your TSH value
