I am pregnant with high HBV viral loaf and with an ALT of 64 . I am worried and scared. I understand the transmission rate of HBV from a mother to a new born child is high. Will taking antiviral treatment effect my baby. I am having a second thought about keeping the baby because I don't want to end up with C section due to complications. Need guidance and recommendations. Much appreciate.
