Daily headache ka reason sirf cervical issue hi nahi hota, kabhi kabhi stress, anxiety, overthinking, poor sleep, screen time, posture ya muscle tightness ki wajah se bhi headache frequently hone lagta hai. Aap jo bata rahi hain ki “sirf sochne ya sunne se headache start ho jata hai”, usme stress-related or tension-type headache ka component bhi ho sakta hai.
Physiotherapy mein posture assessment, cervical muscle tightness evaluation, breathing relaxation techniques, neck exercises aur stress relieving therapy kaafi helpful rehti hai. Agar cervical stiffness, upper back tightness ya prolonged mobile/laptop use hai toh uska treatment bhi zaruri hai.
