Headache at right side on my head sudden

Since, Last Saturday I am suffering from headache on right side of my head. The headache exists 24/7 and it's seems normal when I am away from my computer. I am not a migraine patient and I never had headache that continued like this. I took normal medicines like Saradon & Greynil tablets just to stop it, how've none of them are helping me. I don't have cough, Nasal, breathing, snoring issues. Why so sudden it has started? Kindly help me where I should go for diagnosis. I had an hangover on last Saturday morning and I took Greynil after having Juice. Is it something I did wrong?? Kindly advise me asap as my job is on peak these days and I would like to resolve this issue asap. Thank You, Roshan
