Headache and pain in the neck as well
From the last 3 days there have been constant pain in the Lower part of the head including the upper neck area. I have taken some general medicine for headache and applied ointment but none of them worked. Which doctor should I consult ? Thanks

Using tall/stiff pillows could keep your neck flexed and cause pain. Try changing your sleeping posture with your spine being straight.
