  4. Headache and nausea. It right medicine?

Taking medicines for some days after see the report the ultrasonography there are no syst in my overy but my periods is not normal so , mam which medicine can i take now. I already see a doctor she gave me novelon...Is it right medicine?? and i feel head pain and nausea and I fell pain on my abdomen. What can I do mam.. Suggest me mam..Pls. I am wait for your ans.
