I have a headache since 2 3 days just after waking up n continued almost whole day. Always feeling like vomiting, loss of appetite, eye pain, burping, bad mood, loss of energy and irregular bowl movements. No feeling of freshness in a whole day.
Note that since 2 3 days my meal timing was irregular. I had traveled by plane 1st time and during journey I vomited before 2 3 days. I relocate at other place.

Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
