Headache and fever
My son 7 yrs old having headache while returning from school and I just gave him a head massage and asked him to take a bath.after that he had his lunch and went to take some nap .half n hr after he had fever and I gave him CALPOL 250 . Want to know why this and to cure him.

Obviously it's an infection if there's fever. Viral is most common cause. Ensure hydration. Can give calpol upto 4 times a day. It may take around 7 days to heal. If getting worse, or there's cough or diarrhoea, then maybe bacterial and may need to take antibiotics.
