I m suffering from eyes pain and headache since very long period of tym. I use specs but my powet no. Is stable now.

We need to take  a proper history of headache  It maybe or may not be related to your eye power. Like other symptoms of nausea problem with bright light or loud sound etc maybe symptoms of migraine.
