I feel dizzy while riding bike and in traffic. One side headache from around 3 years. Body imbalance sometimes.

You have vestibular migraine. you start Inderal LA 40mg once daily at bed time and take Clotan 200mg sos at the time of headache. You can go for neuroimaging (MRI of brain) to ruled out any structural lesion.
