Its better to take online consultation rather then visiting a clinic..as u cant undergo X-ray..to be on a safer side consult ur gynac n get antibiotics n painkiller prescribed. N mean while continue with warm saline gargle..it will help u in controlling pain

Pls contact a neurosurgeon for the headache. Avoid coffee tea and fried items oily food. Symptoms may subside. Ur in first trimester so antibiotic is not advised if u have infection. Pls consult gynaecologist for pain medications.

You can take Tylenol but very little Dose if pain is more. Otherwise Luke warm Water with salt gargle twice daily for 3 days. For tooth ache... If it is possible avoid medicine. Plz contact with Gynecologist before taking painkiller.
