Head numbness, nerve weakness depression

I used to masturbate , I was so depressed and anxiety now I've head numbness I can't feel my skull and its tight and also can't take other medicines except psychiatrists I also have jaundice but when I take other medicines my heads condition gest worst should I go to neurologist or psychology in Mumbai
