My male baby aged 9months is having high temperature to head region compared to other body parts...is it normal or any thing to worry?

Dear parents,       All baby head remain warm,as in kid sweatglands are only in scalp area ,head always sweat profusely while feeding&sleeping. Its normal &nothing to worry.
