Head is hot and urine in less quantity

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My baby girl 6months old.. Recently I traveled in car for 3hrs with her. After coming home her body heat is high and her pee quantity is very less every time.. Also she is passing urine forcefully.. Plz give me some suggestions to cool her body.

Give her a bath with cold water. Measure temperature after hal an hour,if it's beyond 100,give just paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If she's crying DURING passage of urine every time,get it tested. Ensure proper feeds and fluid intake.
